Truth About Making Love with Your Woman during Menstruation

Contrary to the excuse some women give to their man, having s*x on your period is absolutely safe. The myth that it’s dangerous originates largely from religious texts. Many people wrongly believed that women were “dirty” or “unclean” while menstruating, and for this reason, contact with menstruating women was limited or forbidden entirely.

In fact, some religions still adhere to these practices; however, medically and secularly speaking, there is no reason not to have s*x on your period.

In fact, s*x while you are menstruating can help ease the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome…

Many women say that orgasms can ease their cramps and the orgasmic contractions of the uterus offer a soothing internal massage. Also, orgasms release endorphins, natural painkillers and mood enhancers, which can help soothe the cramps, headaches, mild depression, and irritability sometimes associated with periods. Women should enjoy s*x more when they are menstruating because of increased feelings of fullness in the pelvic and genital areas, which offer a head start on arousal.

There is one caveat, though: Safe s*x is even more crucial during your period. Your risks of s*xually transmitted diseases and infections are higher than normal during this time because the cervix opens to allow blood to pass through. Unfortunately, this creates the perfect pathway for bacteria to travel deep inside the pelvic cavity. A woman is also more likely to pass on blood-borne diseases like HIV and hepatitis to a partner during your period and more likely to develop yeast or bacterial infections because the vagina’s pH during menstruation is less acidic. Finally, there is still a chance that you could get pregnant during your period (unless you’re on the pill), so don’t assume it’s safe to forgo contraception.

No muss, no fuss. If you are worried about staining your sheets, you can lay a towel down underneath you. You can also take things to the bathroom and have s*x in the shower or the bathtub. Not only will it be a sensuous and exciting change from the norm, but it will also help to wash any blood away.

You can even enjoy oral s*x during your period; it’s perfectly safe and healthy — although, as I said above, it’s very important to practice safer s*x techniques (like using a dental dam).

Maintain your s*x appeal. Sometimes when that time of the month rolls around, all you want to do is throw on your old sweats, lie on the couch, and gorge on feel-good snacks and ice cream. Unfortunately, foods such as these will only serve to make bloating and cramps worse, and lead to lethargy that will only add to your bad mood.

Instead, commit to maintaining your s*x appeal during your period. Some women claim that they feel s*xy and powerful during their periods, so tap into that side of you and go out for a night of fun. Getting active will help to keep your mind off your cramps, and your partner won’t be able to resist your sensual moves.

So ladies, your period doesn’t have to slow down your s*x life!

14 Reasons Your Vagina May Be Smelly

Every woman has a smell to her vagina; however when it becomes really offensive it may be a sign that something is not right down below.
Here are some of the things that may be causing your vagina odour;

1. Allergy to condoms
Some women are allergic to certain materials used in making condoms, this can trigger vaginal bacteria and cause odour.

2. Douching and Excessive cleaning
Douching can mess with the pH levels of the vagina and even cause a large amount of bacteria to grow. According to experts; you do not need anything inside your vagina to clean it: no douche, no essential oils, and no soap. The vagina can clean itself.

3. Sweat
The skin around your vagina is prone to  sweating. Sweat when combined with vaginal discharge can give off offensive odour.  If you are very active physically especially if you exercise a lot, sweat can be accumulating down there, and this can give your vagina smell too.

4. Leftover tampon
For women who use tampons, be sure there are no fibers left behind when removing the tampon as this can also cause vaginal odor.

5. Wearing underwear at night
Night time is a good time to let the vagina get some air, wearing tight panties to sleep can cause you to sweat and trigger odor. Also avoid wearing tight clothing during the day.

6. Laundry detergent
Scented detergent can cause your vagina to be irritated, this in turn can cause odor. If possible wash your underwear with unscented detergent to avoid irritation.

7. Excess pubic hair
Trim or shave away your pubic hair to avoid odor from being trapped there and to allow air on the skin around your vagina.

8. Synthetic materials
Some material do not allow air to flow through and this may cause sweat and in turn odor. When choosing panties it is better to go for non synthetic materials.

9. Spicy food
According to research spicy food can cause a sudden increase in vaginal discharge, which can cause vaginal odor.

10. Sex
Research says that the pH levels of semen can alter the natural balance of the vagina, this can cause odor after sex. STDS can also lead to infections which can cause odor

11. A bad diet
In order for your vagina to build up beneficial flora, you need to be eating a healthy diet. Some foods can also cause odor like garlic, onion, asparagus and curry as foods that can cause vaginal odor.

12. Pregnancy
During pregnancy, many of vitamins and minerals are passed along to your baby, and this can throw off the pH levels in your vagina.

13. Medications
Medications such as antibiotics can affect the bacterial balance of your vagina leading to changes in odor and discharge.

14. Hormonal Changes
The amount of discharge varies throughout menstrual cycles. Birth control pills and vaginal creams can also have an effect on the vaginal PH and odor as well.

Asset And Liability

An asset is anything, which you own and which is valuable, whether it is tangible or intangible. Assets are said to have positive economic value. Simply put an asset is something that is worth money and which a person can exchange for money.

Examples of tangible assets, that is assets we can see and touch, are cash, goods or inventory, land, buildings and equipment. Examples of intangible assets, that is, assets which we cannot see or touch, are trademarks, copyright, patents, goodwill and stock.
A liability on the other hand is an obligation - for example money that must be paid or services that must be performed. A liability is the result of a past transaction or event. Settlement of a liability usually involves the handing over of an asset. Examples of liabilities include salaries payable, accounts payable, as well as long or short-term loans which individuals or companies take and which they, of course, have to pay back.

To put it simply, an asset is something that you OWN while a liability is something that you OWE.

A financially successful person or company has more assets than liabilities. This means that they have the means to fulfill or settle their obligations. On the other hand, a person or company whose liabilities are more than their assets is probably in trouble.

Poem : Mrs Mother by @BiodunDaSilva

Who can find a virtuous woman?
For her price is far above rubies
She is the burning candle
Spreading light, pushing darkness away

She stands by "to live and let live"
Makes her community come alive
She is a mother;
Dare anyone cause her bother

She is an angel in life
Sister, mother and wife
She goes beyond the barrier of pain
Withstanding burning sun and rain

Strength and honour are her clothing
She openeth her mouth with wisdom
Her tongue is the law of kindness
She shall rejoice in time to come

She eatheth not the bread of idleness
She is behind every success
She leads a life of austerity
She is, you may say, simply active.

Poem : A Good Samaritan and A General Overseer

Walking with my barefoot
Through the sapele land
Patience is my watchword
Barbarism turns barbecue

Herdsmen kept my curriculum vitae
Conductor for the zealots
Vicissitudes that occurs
When bushmeat catch the hunter

Hankering for western education
Zoo occupants clamour
Remote with an old fogey
Whammy placed under my bowler hat

Wallowing in the circle of yuppy
Yours coins is in my hands
Haphazard dramatic grievance
Nefarious turns noodles

Salam and Shalom are friends
Hallelujah in the Mosque
La ilah in the Church
Hocus-pocus attitude adjudicated

Thunder strikes heavily
Broken bottles on the floor
Adolescent funeral apparition
Nemesis forgiveness
